What Sets Us Apart?

We are now totally organic! That's right, we start with fresh organic dairy and add wholesome organic sweeteners, organic flavor extracts, organic fruits, organic nuts, yada yada (can't give away all our secrets :o). From our humble beginnings as a food cart, we moved on to the local farmers markets and festivals, and now we have our first brick and mortar shop which opened in May of 2012. All those years of "road testing" different styles and flavors enabled us to create our own unique cross between American style and custard style ice cream that is creamier, more flavorful than ever, and wildly popular. And we still make it fresh on the premises, from the best organic ingredients we can find, using the old rock salt 'n' ice method.

We use only biodegradable and compostable containers and utensils.

Where Can I Get Some?

Good news. We have just undergone a major reorganization and doubled the size of our shop! We now have much more room for seating indoors and more tables on the sidewalk to boot. Come check us out. Our grand reopening is Friday, May 10th 2013. We are still located in downtown Salt Lake City at the Infinity Event Center, just past Main on 600 South (after the AT&T store on the right). Our hours are noon to 10:00 pm Monday thru Saturday. Come by the shop and enjoy our ice cream in a fresh-made organic waffle cone, in a bowl, in a poorman's milkshake, in a regular milkshake; or take some away in a pint container. But wait, there's more. From October thru April we will be adding the hot items that we used to sell from our food cart to the menu: hot organic soups, organic hot chocolate, organic hot apple cider, and other organic goodies to nosh. And, of course, you can also find us at farmers markets and festivals around the valley.

PS  If you are still holding one of the old Tribune Daily Deal vouchers that expired on November 23rd 2012, or coupons from Living Social, the Tribune or KSL, no worries.  We will honor those vouchers until all of them have been redeemed.
